Welded construction,
from the individual part to the finished assembly

We join and assemble the components that we have cut and bent, made from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass.

Where the individual parts come together to form a whole

From the welded joint to the ready-to-assemble assembly.

Welded construction is the stage that transforms parts water-jet cut or laser e tilted in a ready-to-use assembly: structures, chassis, brackets, workbenches, containers and ladders. We join the components using strong joints and control the welding sequence to ensure the design dimensions are maintained. This is the stage that completes the cycle, from design to the finished assembly, with a single point of contact from start to finish. If the assembly does not yet have a design, our team of engineering and product development helps to define it.

Welder welding steel sections using the MIG/MAG process

Manual MIG/MAG welding

For structures, chassis, brackets and assemblies where joint strength is the primary requirement. We carry out welding immediately after cutting and bending, with the parts already prepared to fit together, which reduces the need for adjustments during assembly and maintains the assembly’s dimensional accuracy.

Fibre laser welding

For thin sheet metal and visible parts. The laser concentrates the heat within a narrow area, which reduces distortion and produces fine, even weld beads, requiring less finishing work. It is the right choice for stainless steel, housings, covers and components where the appearance of the joint is important.

The metals we weld.

We weld the metals most commonly used in industry, with the process tailored to each material.

Frequently Asked Questions

What welding processes do you use?

We use manual MIG/MAG welding and fibre laser welding. MIG/MAG is suitable for structures, chassis and assemblies where the strength of the joint is the primary requirement. Fibre laser welding is suitable for thin sheet metal and visible parts, where minimising distortion and reducing the need for subsequent finishing are key. We select the process based on the material, thickness and requirements of the joint.

We weld carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass. Carbon steel is the most common, but stainless steel and aluminium require greater control, as they conduct heat differently and are more prone to deformation. This is work we carry out on a regular basis, so we ensure the joint remains strong and the part retains its appearance even with these more demanding materials. Please specify the material in your order so that we can choose the right approach.

Welding generates heat and, if left unchecked, can cause the workpiece to warp, particularly in the case of thin sheet metal and stainless steel. We control the welding sequence and the heat input to minimise distortion and, for thin sheet metal, we use a fibre laser, which concentrates the heat within a narrower area. This ensures that the assembly retains the dimensions specified in the drawing.

Yes. We weld everything from light and heavy metal structures to small technical components and parts. The same team handles everything from a chassis to a tank or a small component, whether it’s a prototype or a production run, and takes care of the complete assembly based on your design.

The drawing or 3D model, including dimensions, material and thickness, quantities and the required lead time. If there are any requirements regarding joints, finishes or tolerances, please specify these as well. With this information, we can assess the best production sequence, from cutting to welding, and provide you with a quote tailored to the project.

Yes, and that is our main advantage. We water-jet or laser-cut, bend and weld the same assembly, all based on the same design. For you, this means a single point of contact from start to finish, less coordination between suppliers and a lower risk of errors between stages.
