These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TSwaterjet, Lda. website (hereinafter the “Website”). By accessing and browsing the Website, you accept these Terms without reservation; therefore, if you do not agree to them, you must refrain from using the Website.

This website is for information purposes only and is intended to present TSwaterjet’s activities, services and technical capabilities in the fields of waterjet cutting, laser cutting, bending, welding and machining, as well as to provide contact details and a means of requesting a quote. The Website is not an online sales platform and does not facilitate the conclusion of distance contracts.

All content made available on the Website, namely texts, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs and other elements, as well as their selection and layout, are the property of TSwaterjet or of third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by the applicable legislation on copyright and industrial property rights.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be settled by the courts of the district of Viseu, and the parties hereby expressly waive any other jurisdiction.
These Terms of Use shall take effect from July 2026.
