Quality Policy

Since 2006, in Sever do Vouga, TSwaterjet has been producing metallic and non-metallic components using waterjet cutting, laser cutting, bending and welded fabrication. We work for clients in the construction, architecture, engineering, energy, metal furniture and metalworking sectors. Every part that leaves our premises reflects our commitment to precision and meeting deadlines.

The management of TSwaterjet has established this Quality Policy as the basis for its Quality Management System, in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. We undertake the following commitments:

Customer satisfaction. To understand each customer’s needs and deliver parts that comply with the agreed design, specification and deadline.

Compliance with requirements. To comply with customers’ requirements, the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and the requirements set by the company itself.

Technical rigour. To analyse each order within our technical department and monitor every stage of production, to ensure dimensional accuracy and a high-quality finish.

Continuous improvement. Set quality objectives, monitor results and use the information gathered to improve processes, products and services.

Investment in technology. Maintain and modernise equipment and adopt working methods that increase efficiency and reduce material wastage.

People’s skills. To train and engage staff, encouraging each individual to take responsibility for the quality of their work and for a safe working environment.

Relationships with suppliers and partners. To select and assess suppliers and partners who contribute to the overall quality of our products.

This policy is communicated to all staff and is available to all stakeholders. It is reviewed periodically by management to ensure that it remains appropriate to the company’s activities and strategy.
