As we design and manufacture in-house, the product is designed with the production process in mind, which reduces costs and prevents errors when moving from design to manufacture. Technical decisions are made in-house, from the first sketch to the fully functional part.

Do you work from an idea, even without a finished sketch?
Yes, and that is what sets this field apart. You don’t need to provide us with a finished design: we start with a requirement, a rough sketch or a product you wish to improve, and we develop the technical design right through to a manufacturable part, from analysing the requirement right through to production.
Do you handle the design or just the production?
We do both. We conceive and design the solution and then manufacture it at our own facilities. As design and production are carried out within the same company, the product is designed with the manufacturing process in mind, which avoids any surprises when moving from design to production.
Do they help to optimise the product in order to reduce costs and simplify manufacturing?
Yes. During the pre-production phase, we optimise the product design to make better use of cutting, bending, welding and machining processes. This reduces material waste, simplifies assembly and lowers the cost per unit, without compromising on function or strength.
Can your own-brand products be personalised?
Yes. Metal containers, welding tables and containment bases are available as standard, but we can tailor the dimensions, capacities, materials and features to your specific requirements. If you need something outside our standard range, we can develop it from scratch.
